CHELSEA

Our construction project showcases a sophisticated blend of high-quality

materials, emphasizing both durability and aesthetics. The design incorporates blackened steel elements, including a sturdy island frame, sleek glazed transom windows, and pocket doors. Structural details feature a mix of steel, blackened steel, and stainless steel angles, adding strength and industrial elegance.

The millwork is meticulously crafted, with cabinetry made from rift and

straight-cut solid reclaimed Ash by Hudson Flooring Comp., ensuring a warm, natural appeal. The bathroom cabinetry features clear wood rift-cut teak veneer with solid edges for a refined look. Interior cabinet components are constructed from clear-finished maple plywood with solid edges for lasting durability.

For the flooring, the project boasts American White Oak, reclaimed and carefully selected in a mix of rift, plain, quartered, and French cuts, all in character grade. The combination of mixed and center (French) cuts creates a distinctive and timeless surface.

Completing the project, Waterworks plumbing fixtures add a touch of luxury and functionality, ensuring high performance and elegant detailing throughout the space.
